HEAR FROM OUR PAST PARTICIPANTS

Attending Aarohan was truly enriching. The sessions brought together leading voices from ship finance, venture capital, ship owning, and the wider maritime ecosystem. They offered a fresh lens on emerging trends—especially the exciting opportunity for aspiring shipowners to invest through shared ownership models, and the real-world financial challenges facing maritime ventures today. The presence of venture capitalists added colour and candour, with their stories resonating deeply. Engaging with thought leaders and networking with key industry stakeholders gave me perspectives that will undoubtedly shape future strategic decisions.
Aarohan 2025 exemplified what it means to blend insight with impact. The sessions delved into critical areas like maritime education reform, evolving competency models, and the skill demands of the future. It was especially energizing to witness robust dialogues between regulators, training institutions, and employers — a step towards real synergy. I was thrilled to see a forum that not only discusses transformation but actively seeks to be a part of it. Kudos to the team for curating such an inclusive, solution-orientated gathering.
What stood out at Aarohan was the commitment to bridging gaps — between policy and practice, tradition and innovation. The focus on competency development and regulatory foresight was particularly relevant in today’s rapidly changing maritime environment. As a regulator, I found the engagement with younger professionals and startups both refreshing and necessary. This kind of event strengthens the ecosystem by bringing everyone to the table. Aarohan didn’t just inform — it inspired.
Aarohan was a powerhouse of ideas and connections. The panel on commercial operations and the interactive dialogue on chartering trends were especially relevant to the challenges we face on the ground. What I appreciated most was the candid exchange of experiences — from managing freight volatility to digital transition in operations. The networking energy was fantastic, and it felt like a gathering where real partnerships could emerge. Hats off to the team for pulling off such a high-impact event.
Aarohan 2025 was a turning point — not just for maritime discourse, but for ship finance innovation. As someone working at the intersection of technology and asset investment, I found the spotlight on shared ownership models and decentralized finance deeply aligned with our mission at Shipfinex. It was invigorating to discuss blockchain-enabled shipping solutions alongside legacy finance experts. The openness to new ideas and collaborative spirit made this event truly unique. It’s clear Aarohan is paving the way for a new era in maritime investment. The networking energy was fantastic, and it felt like a gathering where real partnerships could emerge. Hats off to the team for pulling off such a high-impact event.
